A Glimpse into the Richness and Life of Addy & Tyler’s Tented Wedding at Wequassett Resort

Addy and Tyler chose to have a complete tent setup on the Grande Lawn at Wequassett, instead of the traditional ballroom wedding, showcasing the venue’s breathtaking scenery and exquisite sophistication.

A Mid-September Wedding Wrapped in Elegance and Intimate Luxury

Addy and Tyler’s special day was blessed with perfect weather in mid-September. The setting at Wequassett Resort and Golf Club in Chatham, MA, was nothing short of magical, enveloped by its classic English garden and overlooking the tranquil Pleasant Bay.

And guests couldn’t help but be mesmerized by the rich details under the glass ceiling Sperry tent that was lushly adorned with gold lanterns, creating an intimate and luxurious ambiance.

Pre-Wedding Excitement and Touching Tributes

The morning was filled with joy, the ladies danced in matching robes while Stacey Kuehn (our resident celebrity stylist) worked her magic on their hair. The bridal party’s hairstyles were a stunning display of curls and updos. Tyler’s preparations at a unique Chatham Airbnb added a quirky touch to the day.

Poignantly, Addy honored her late grandfather by incorporating a blue heart from one of his shirts into her dress and wearing family heirloom rings. The reception featured mini cherry pies with cherries from Wisconsin, a heartwarming nod to her grandpa’s tradition, delightfully connecting the past with their present.

An Upper Deck Ceremony Laden with Anticipation and Joy

The ceremony held on the upper deck of Wequassett Resort, offering the same breathtaking views as the grand lawn, filled the atmosphere with great anticipation.

As Addy made her way down the aisle, accompanied by her stepfather, Tyler’s face beamed with excitement. The moment they exchanged their first glance was a moment of profound significance, marking the start of their new life together.

Cocktail Hour Tribute and a Canine Connection

The cocktail hour featured “The Chatham,” a signature drink named after Addy & Tyler’s dog, symbolizing their love for both their pet and the town. It was a delightful touch that resonated with everyone present.

A Heartfelt Thank You to Addy and Tyler
